  • Struggling to stay consistent with self-reflection? Journaling is the game changer.
    2026/07/15

Journaling has a way of pulling you into your feelings at adeeper level and breaking the grip of negative spirals. I triedeverything—talking it out, typing in OneNote, even using speech‑to‑text—but none of it helped me truly connect. For me, typing or talking out loud stayed surface‑level.

Putting pen to paper was different. When I sat down with agood notebook and let my thoughts flow, it unlocked insights I couldn’t reach any other way. Writing slows you down just enough to hear yourself clearly.

The PRL system—10, 30, 90—kept me consistent. It reminded me that journaling isn’t about perfect sentences; it’s about creating space for reflection, honesty, and growth.

This PRL is worth the time. What journaling method are youusing right now?
