  • Life Update
    2023/05/24
It's been hard. Transitioning from IOP back to home life is no joke. They say "recovery isn't linear," which means that there's not always going to be ups. I'm going through the downs. Taking a break from podcasting has been my way to shut out recovery but somewhere I do want it. This episode is about as authentic as it gets.

  • Welcome Amanda and Sophia
    2023/03/13

On this week's episode, I am joined by two very special people, Amanda Olin and Sophia Barry. Amanda and Sophia have been by my side since residential, PHP, IOP, and now outpatient. I met Amanda and Sophia in treatment down in Miami and I wanted to bring them on so they could have the opportunity to share their stories and to answer questions about family life, treatment, friends in treatment, etc. Amanda and Sophia--I think we all need this episode right now, love you both forever<3.

  • My Eating Disorder Story
    2023/02/27

I have always wanted to share my story, one that has been ongoing for years. Today's society and diet culture paints the picture that eating disorders are not a threat. I am releasing this podcast because my eating disorder has taken over years of my life, and its time for me to share my struggles to those willing to listen. I chose to release this podcast during NEDA Week 2023 because its time we build awareness around such a complex mental health disorder. By the time this podcast is released, I will be in month 6 of my recovery journey from anorexia nervosa. I have never hosted a podcast, so at times it may not be top tier material, but this is my unfiltered story.
