Neil Thubron is an ultra runner, adventurer, event organiser, executive coach, and all-round high-performance human.

He’s completed some of the toughest races on Earth. Not only has he taken on the legendary UTMB, he was also the first British winner of the 300-mile Yukon Arctic Ultra. He’s also no stranger to heat, having completed multiple desert ultras, including the Marathon des Sables.

Neil doesn’t just participate in the sport, he gives back too. He is the owner of XNRG, one of the UK’s longest-running ultra event organisers, delivering iconic multistage races since 2009. The Druid Challenge and the Pilgrim Challenge have become true staples in the British ultra calendar, attracting runners and walkers from all over the world year after year.
