Before Callan Family Office, Doug was the executive Vice President and Head of Investments for Abbot Downing. He served on Wells Fargo's Global Investment Strategies and Global Investment Risk committees, which had oversight of 2+ trillion assets. He completed his master's degree in business and economics from The University of California Santa Barbara.

With over two decades of experience in the wealth management industry, Tom Raymond brings substantial knowledge to Callan Family Office. Tom is an active member of the investment strategy team, with a focus on asset allocation decisions. He brings his wealth management expertise to Callan Family Office after his time at Abbot Downing, Wells Fargo's ultra-high-net-worth practice, where he dedicated over 15 years of his career. Prior to Abbot Downing, Tom spent five years at Wilmington Trust's wealth advisory group as an investment officer and the main architect for his client portfolios. Tom earned his undergraduate degree from the University Park campus of Penn State.
