概要
So you’ve got the fresh perspective nobody else has, but what does it take to be understood?
My guest, Benedicte, shares stories from boardrooms where bringing a different way of thinking is both a superpower and a challenge.
We talk about:
The uphill battle of making your ideas stick when your brain moves ten steps ahead, and how her boss’s advice to “slow down and bring people with you” changed her communication style.
The conversation goes into breaking down complex ideas for all walks of life, respecting the difference between throwing out jargon and actually including people.
For anyone who’s ever felt frustrated trying to get buy-in or lost their audience mid-sentence, there’s validation here and some no-nonsense reminders on meeting people where they are without shrinking your unique skills.
T his topic of conversation is for you, if you’re curious about leadership, cultural context, unfiltered career stories, and communication that cuts through the noise. Expect practical reflections ,and a gentle nudge to trust your unconventional strengths.
