We got to talk with Sufer (MTA / ICP / CA), and honestly, he came through exactly like the life coach vibe people talk about. We get into his story, moving from Washington to California, catching the golden era energy in San Francisco, and how he got down with crews through real relationships and real work.

But the biggest takeaway is mindset: staying grateful, staying focused, tapping in, and living like you get to do life, not like you have to.
