What happens when you follow your intuition across the globe to ancient sacred sites? Katherine Eady's journey to Greece transformed not only her spiritual practice but her entire relationship with her body and emotions.

Despite having no ancestral connection to Greece and battling significant social anxiety, Katherine felt called to join a spiritual retreat to Delphi and other sacred sites. The experience demanded perfect love and perfect trust—surrendering to the unknown with strangers who would quickly become profound spiritual connections. At the Oracle of Trifonios, Katherine participated in a powerful fear release ceremony that began dissolving lifelong anxieties. In the ancient, unexcavated city of Gla, she experienced one of her deepest meditative states ever while chanting with her group in a liminal gateway space.

Most surprising was Katherine's realization that true spiritual connection doesn't come from escaping the body but from fully inhabiting it. Having grown up in a religious environment where only pleasant emotions were acceptable, she had spent decades suppressing her authentic feelings, resulting in physical manifestations like chronic tension and digestive issues. Perhaps most magical was her unexpected connection with the land spirits of Greece.
