Wow, this episode is so vulnerable but meaningful to me. In this video I explain how I went from feeling ugly and self-conscious about my appearance, my looks. To full heartedly loving myself and my life.

And here’s the kicker – the shift had nothing to do withmy physical appearance. Everything shifted when I started to shift what was going on inwardly. I list out 7 main things that helped me shift my inner mindset.

As well as I share a poignant, heartfelt story about the death of my beloved dog and how losing her helped me learn to love myself. Appreciate my life and see the beauty within everyone. True story.
