WELCOME to the FIRST episode of My Sister's Diary!! I am so glad you are here. Today's episode is all about you. I asked my instagram followers to submit a "diary entry" for me to read and react to. Some of it might be advice, some might just be general thoughts. We talk about everything from seeing your grandpa's bare butt to feeling invisible and drowning in motherhood. First things first, this week included… MY BABY EATING DOG VOMIT!!! AND I fell off the treadmill at the gym. Other than that nothing too note worthy, but the real meat of today’s episode is.. BIRTH. I am finally getting around to talking about my last birth, kind of sharing that birth story and then talking about being postpartum after dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety with my previous pregnancy.

TRIGGER WARNING!! I will discuss postpartum depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. Please take care of yourself while listening and turn it off if you need to.

LET'S TALK ABOUT BIRTH BABY!! Some highlights I talk about:

• I went into preterm labor with my third baby
• I experiences severe postpartum depression and anxiety with my second baby, so I was terrified to have a third baby.
• A stranger delivered all 3 of my babies.
• My contractions stopped when I was getting ready to push and it was so dead silent in the room you could hear the clock ticking
