  • Kindergarten & I
    2026/08/23

Kindergarten is officially here, and apparently, it’s not just the kids who have some growing to do. 😂

In this episode, I’m sharing what it feels like to watch my little girl step into a world that doesn’t always include Mommy, complete with new routines, new independence, and plenty of “Mommy, I know!”

We’re talking about loosening the grip without letting go, giving our children room to find their own voice, and learning that sometimes motherhood means stepping back just enough to let them discover what they can do.

    Because they’re learning. They’re growing.

    And so are we. 🌺

  • When the Story was Rewritten- First Marriage
    2026/07/31

Sometimes it isn't until we look back that we begin to understand ourselves.

In this episode, I'm sharing the story of my first marriage, not to revisit the past, but to explore what it revealed about the way I viewed love, the beliefs I carried, and the woman I was becoming. Looking back helped me understand why I accepted certain things, what I needed to unlearn, and how God used an unexpected chapter to shape my life in ways I never imagined.

Because sometimes the most important thing we discover isn't why life changed...

It's who we became because it did.

Topics: first marriage, divorce, healing, emotional growth, faith, resilience, healthy relationships, life transitions, personal growth, rewriting your story, hope, defining happiness, storytelling, overcoming adversity, self-discovery.

  • When the "Old" You Doesn't Fit
    2026/07/25

In this episode of My Happiness Defined, I’m exploring what it means to honor the woman I used to be while giving myself permission to discover who I’m becoming. We’re talking about changing desires, wanting more without feeling ungrateful, outgrowing old passions, and realizing that some things we once loved simply don’t fit anymore.

Maybe letting go of an old version of yourself isn’t about rejecting her. Maybe it’s about keeping what still fits, appreciating what got you here, and making room for something new.
