A series where fictional investigator William Invisoler walks through real, documented criminal cases so we can understand how investigators actually think, follow evidence, hit dead ends, and find their way back. Every case is real. Every lead is documented. Every conclusion was reached by a real investigator. William is just the lens.
This series exists because I'm writing a mystery novel and I refuse to write paper-thin detectives. I want the cases in my book to feel like they were built by someone who actually studied how investigations unfold. That's what this is. A research project, a storytelling experiment, and a training ground, all at once.
