Salam alaikum! We're a student-run organization at the University of Texas at Austin that focuses on the topic of Mental Health and its relations and effect on the Muslim community. We hope to build an environment that allows our listeners to feel safe and more knowledgeable on the topic of mental health and how to approach it. This podcast would consist of various topics regarding the subject and will sometimes feature guest speakers. We hope you enjoy listening!
