When you hear yourself say - I just need to live where I can grab a flat white, walk up a hill and go for a pint. The move to Malvern happened. This series reflects the things, people and places that I have discovered in this beautiful and sometimes bonkers part of the world, nestled in the Worcestershire countryside in England, UK. Welcome to Moving to Malvern-Y.

  • Malvern Rocks 2023
    2023/08/07

When Malvern Rocks returns after a break since 2016. Festival director Ralph Tittley tells us all about it. Great weekend of music, fun and frolics thanks to the Malvern Rocks festival team and Malvern Hills District council - rock and roll! Great music, bands, guitars, dancing, pirates and all sorts of shenanigans popped up in venues across town. What a great weekend in the Malvern Hills.

Malvern Rocks 2023 - three days of music in the Malverns

Lots of first and new things with these artists. Paurosi music is relatively new to the UK, having moved here from Africa. Joyful personality took us all the way to Zimbabwe...Malvern is delighted to have him here. A debut gig for Alice Coley and James Burnham was amazing. They met back stage at Nozstock festival after James had played with a mutual friend Dave Small where James heard Alice’s bad Alice & The Fair Weather Riders at Connie Gordon’s night at the OCC in Malvern, and thought they where really great. When Alice ask James to play Violin with her he jumped at the chance. The Dogs Of Santorini arrived with their big sounds at the Red Lion on Saturday afternoon - no snoozing allowed on this one - followed by a roaring set from the Zen Kat Band who practically took the roof off! Here's to you Malvern - Y !
