    It's been 8 weeks of training sessions with my mom and MIL already, so this episode is a re-cap of how it's gone, and the things that we've navigated. We've had the classic "why does this feel so heavy all of a sudden?" week, an old hamstring injury resurface, a bench press twinge, and a back twinge during deadlifts.
