Most people doing physically demanding work assume they are already active enough. Eight to fourteen hours of physical output a day has to count for something. But the long answer depends on the type of work.Scott is the lead researcher behind the PURE Study, one of the largest cardiovascular health studies ever conducted involving 130,000 people across 17 countries. And one of the most important things that research revealed is that the type of activity matters as much as the amount.
