Hey Mother Toughers, I have been in a horrible cycle of anxiety lately and I am learning a lot from processing through these emotions. Being a parent, in any capacity, is filled with anxiety, stress, and worry which can make things hard. This stress and anxiety can put a lot of strain on our relationships or just trickle straight down to our kids. I am practicing this new technique of brain dumping my anxiety down on paper to more tactfully process and work through these emotions. I went into this episode completely vulnerable because without vulnerability there is not raw truth in the process.

Hey Mother Toughers... we are diving back into the radical feminists (I know BIG UGH!) because they are anti feminism at its core. We are getting political with the democrats of Congress all voting no on protecting our girls and women in sports. I was truly shocked to see this take place and I am here to piss some people off over my opinion of what REAL feminism is. There was also a little update in the Lively vs Baldoni saga and I think I might have begun perimenopause! Woo, let's get to the tough stuff!

Hey Mother Toughers!!! Happy Monday, I am back from surgery and super nasally but we are still tackling parenting like the amazing hot mess we are! This time of recovering has got me reflecting a lot on how I am handling parenting while I hand the parenting reigns over to others during recovering.
