Brock Olivo is the Special Teams Assistant at the University of Missouri. He is back coaching at his Alma Mater where he set numerous records as a Running Back and has his Jersey Number retired. A former NFL Player, Brock has spent the past 20 years in the coaching profession. He has coached in Italy, at the collegiate level and NFL Level. He was the Special Teams Coordinator for the Denver Broncos in 2017.

Coach Bethea has also coached at Washington State, TCU and OUAZ (Ottawa University Arizona). Mike is a great recruiter and focuses on building relationships and transparency.
