This meditation invites us to stand at the mountain of presence, waiting with patience, letting thoughts, feelings, stories, grief, doubt, and restlessness flow through us like water. Beneath it all, we discover the simple truth: love is the ground of our being.
Again and again, life asks us to wait before what we cannot control. The invitation is not to escape into story, but to stay close to the river of sensation and the quiet light of the heart.
May this practice remind us that wisdom is never separate from love, and that every holy moment begins with presence.
