Garrett’s journey in real estate wasn’t an overnight success story. Originally from South Dakota, he began building his future while working a corporate job and investing in rental properties. When he made the leap into real estate sales, things didn’t come easy—he went nearly an entire year without selling a single home.

Instead of giving up, Garrett doubled down. During that challenging first year, he focused on creating real estate content and building his presence on social media. Through consistency, authenticity, and a relentless work ethic, he grew an audience that would eventually become the foundation of his business. Today, Garrett is one of Omaha’s top-producing real estate agents, closing well over 100 transactions a year. His business is fueled by referrals, relationships, and the trust he’s built both online and offline.

Outside of real estate, Garrett is married to his wife, who is pursuing her career as a doctor, and together they’re building a life centered around growth, ambition, and long-term success.
