In part 2 both myself and Carole continue to chat about anxiety but this time with a slight difference. As usual in part 2 we have education, facts, tips (of what we either have tried or heard about), of course the food side, wouldn't be menopause dinners without it! However, today's episode we have the audience contribution with questions regarding both vertigo and fibromyalgia which can be very challenging therefore contributing to anxiety.
