概要

Do you feel the weight of responsibility but quietly wonder if you’re truly ready to carry it? Do you want to lead your family well — without becoming frustrated, angry, or disconnected? When pressure hits, do you trust yourself to stay steady and make wise decisions?

Men Who Lead Well is for men who want to learn how to lead themselves with discipline and integrity, live a faith-life that actually shapes their decisions, and build an anchored identity that holds under pressure. You’ll learn practical leadership skills, thoughtful preparedness for tough situations, and calm emotional control — not as performance, but as responsibility lived out over time.

Hey, I’m Glenn. I’ve been married for 35 years, and my wife and I have raised five kids. Through many years of feeling lost, struggling with anger, and walking through real frustration, God has taught me what true manhood looks like and key lessons on how to lead well — myself, my wife, my children, and in everyday life. When crisis comes, I now have a peace that allows me to lead instead of react. Most importantly, what I’ve learned looks nothing like what the world promotes. It’s rooted in biblical faith, not religious fluff.

This podcast will walk with you, challenge you, and equip you to become a capable, steady leader in everyday life and in moments that matter most. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’re in the right place.

Are you struggling to stay consistent — starting strong but fading over time?

In this episode, I talk about how to move from inconsistency to building healthy habits that form steady leadership at home. I share how I had confused wanting change with valuing change — and how God exposed self-deception in my life.

That process helped me identify the key areas I needed to focus on to become resilient in everyday life and in times of crisis.

In this episode, you’ll learn 7 simple keys that will help you build real consistency and grow into a man who leads well at home and in life.
