Everyone has a unique gift—a talent, a skill—they were meant to share with others on during this lifetime. I invite friends, experts, and public figures onto the show and ask them about what I believe is one of their greatest gifts. They don't know which gift we'll be discussing beforehand, so we get to discover together the true history, nurturing or stifling, evolution, and ultimately impact of this unique gift. Often we find that it's something the guest has been meaning to share, but hasn't been fully embodying for one reason or another. We aim to change that. The world needs your gifts—they have meaning and they need to be shared.Create Without Bounds LLC 個人的成功 社会科学 自己啓発

  • Ep 010 — William Jones III | Leading with Love
    2021/10/07

In this episode, I sit down with someone very special. William ("Will") Jones III is a native of Atlantic City, NJ who also considers the neighboring city of Pleasantville as home. A barber for many years, his career and now-wife Yolonda brought him to Charlottesville in the mid 2000s.

When Will opened his own shop, he no longer found himself spending time in the historically Black neighborhoods of Charlottesville and he wanted a way to connect with his people. He began running the streets of downtown Cville and those casual runs with friends evolved into what is now the Proflyfyck Run Creww, a cultural movement that works for the empowerment of historically marginalized communities, encourages every human to look deep within to find their gifts and tap into their passions, and does all of this work together in a spirit of unity and love.

Will and Yolonda are the proud parents of four incredible young people. They also have three family dogs, and often host other dogs who are training with Will to be the goodest boys and girls. Aside from loving on his wife and his kids, Will finds purpose in discovering ways to leave this world better than he found it.

In this episode, Will and I talk about growing up in a predominantly Black community and being a little shell shocked when moving to Charlottesville, how he found a way to connect with his people through running, what run has given him spiritually, and how his wife and children have taught him so much about walking in love through his life.

    We're talking about:

    • Parallels between Pleasantville, NJ and Charlottesville, VA
    • Growing up in a single parent household
    • Meeting, courting, and marrying a very special woman
    • Adjusting to life in a predominately white area, and why the run crew looks the way it looks
    • Learning important life lessons from his children
    • Walking in love, even when it requires you to be a soldier for yourself or others
    • Questioning God
    • The evolution of running > Run These Streets > Prolyfyck Run Creww
    • What it means to be PROLYFYCK
    • The importance of being yourself and accepting yourself for exactly what you are in this moment
    • How we carry the beliefs that were passed down to us as children and it helps to see that in other people, especially if they haven't reprogrammed those beliefs later in life
    • How community and run can help us heal together

  • Ep 009 - Kammie Kobyleski | Intuition
    2021/09/06

Today I’m sitting down with my friend and client, Kammie Kobyleski. Kammie’s eclectic work experience began in radio broadcasting and led to event marketing for luxury brands. She then found her home in higher education serving in various roles from academic affairs, career coaching, teaching (online & in person) and recently in fundraising & development. She's worked at Lindenwood University, ASU, and Yavapai College. As a coach, Kammie loves to share Innerspace Best Practices to support conscious entrepreneurs, soul-centric business owners, bad-ass creatives and corporate wellness teams. Her special blend of creative-strategy-meets-practical-magic supports and activates "New NOW" leaders looking to up-level and catalyze their next quantum leap. Kammie is also the host of The Innerspace Station Podcast (formerly the Cosmix Innerspace Podcast).

Today we're talking about Kammie's incredible gift of Intuition and how she's learned to trust the messages she receives without second guessing, even when there's a ton of temptation to resist because it's uncomfortable. We're also talking about how she first learned about this gift (including a wild story where she described a room she'd never seen, in a country she'd never been to!) and how she's using intuition in her life and business today.

  • Ep 008 - Alison Krawczyk | Eternal Optimism
    2021/08/05

Today I’m sitting down with my friend, Alison Krawcyzk. Alison is a daughter, sister, auntie, friend, and communications professional. She grew up in upstate New York and now resides in Boston, Massachusetts where she works in the philanthropy communications department at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. You can usually find Alison writing down the things she's grateful for, reading literally any book someone recommends to her, running around Boston (literally), eating peanut butter, dancing to Britney Spears or Jay-Z, or scrolling through TikTok.

We’re talking today about Alison’s ability to stay optimistic no matter what life throws at her, and let me tell you, it has thrown some doozies. We’re talking about building a relationship with her dad, navigating life after devastating loss, trusting that everything happens for a reason, and a whole lot more.
