Maybe progress isn’t always dramatic.
Sometimes it’s realizing you forgot to be afraid.
In Episode 2 of The Honest Middle, I talk about how difficult evenings had become, why nighttime started carrying so much anxiety, and what I expected medication and recovery to feel like.
I also talk about the smaller signs of progress I’m beginning to notice — getting through a day without constantly waiting for the next wave, enjoying time with my family, and letting myself have a good night without immediately worrying about whether it will last.
This isn’t therapy or medical advice. I’m just sharing what this process feels like from inside it.
If you’ve dealt with anxiety, fear, setbacks, or those stretches where your mind seems to take over everything, I’d genuinely like to hear how you get through the waves.
We’ll keep figuring it out together.
