Today we are talking about what vulnerability means for us and the fears, anxiety and ultimate freedom associated with it. We have stepped into a season in our life where being vulnerable is a necessity but that doesn't mean it's not scary. But we don't have to do this alone. We are learning how to navigate these waters and how God can use all of our unique testimonies to bring light to a lost and broken world around us.

We kick off today's episode by diving a little deeper into the heart of this podcast and what we feel God is using this platform for and how we can use it for good. We then tackle the subject of rest and what it means to have a Sabbath, what it all means to us in this season and some practices that we have tried to employ in our own lives that hopefully can help folks who are struggling to find what it means to them.
