  • Episode 77: The Relationship Blueprint
    2026/02/01

Can we actually increase our odds of lasting love? Steven Ing, MFT believes we can. From the ashes of his divorce to meeting his second wife, he developed a relationship blueprint that teaches people practical ways to build relationships designed to last.

For 35 years, Steven Ing, MFT, has been a Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialty in forensic work. He is a contributing writer to Psychology Today and the author of two books on sexuality: We're All Like This and Get Busy Living. He is the creator and host of the true crime podcast Sex Crime Central. In 2022, he was the victim of an attempted murder and survived multiple stabbings. And good thing: in 2023 his feminist science fiction novel Polliwog was published and he was appointed a community faculty member for the UNR School of Medicine. He lives in Reno, Nevada, with his wife, Sharon, on the edge of the Toiyabe National Forest.

  • Episode 75: Is Love a Spiritual Test?
    2025/12/01

Every relationship is part of your spiritual journey because it reflects choices you've made. However, spiritual growth doesn't mean tolerating what doesn't serve you. Sometimes the lesson is recognizing when to leave and having the courage to do so—staying in a relationship that isn't working for you can keep you stuck rather than moving you forward.
