As I was reflecting on what I did say, I kept thinking about all that I didn’t get to say, so that’s what this podcast is.
If you’ve struggled with burnout, here are a few things that I want you to reflect on regarding the speed of society and our nervous systems, executive function depletion trying to avoid seeming racist, and which types are seen as more natural leaders.
