I share a bit of my own journey, from moving to the UK, becoming a mum of two (one with Osteogenesis Imperfecta), to studying Psychology as a mature student, and building a business that empowers others. Every experience has shaped my passion for self-development, resilience, and purpose.

I started this podcast because I know what it feels like to juggle it all and still wonder: Who am I becoming?
