Welcome to MARMCAST! It's Episode TWENTY ONE!!
Andy returns from glorious Malta this week, full of tales of running on foreign soil. Thankfully, however, he is not yet ill.
Guests on the show this week include Stephen Cousins of Youtube juggernaught "Film My Run", who joins us on his way to catch a flight to Italy for his latest running adventure.
Trevor Binch joins us for Goldy on Guitar, with his own running tales of an 18 month transformation: from sofa to Marathon Des Sables.
Parkrun Parables, Andy's Sack, Race Ladder Review....it's all here, as well as TWO huge new musical creations. The first is Dr Ian's new Casualty inspired jingle, and the second, a new track by The Indigo Sunsets entitled "Middle Aged Running Man", soon to be the new theme tune to the MARM Youtube Channel AND a future number one!!
