This week we welcome my good friend, Ben Thompson to the show. An innovative young leader making massive change to the way workplace culture is approached and ensuring all team members are given the most appropriate tools to succeed. 

Ben wont take credit and always mentions the amazing team he has around him.

Georgia (G) and Bella, the sister duo behind Central West Birth Stories (Instagram @centralwestbirthstories) join this week to talk through why they created a platform for expecting Mothers and Mothers of the Central West (and beyond). 

We talk through how sharing stories and experiences is empowering Women to have a say in how they are supported in their pregnancy. 

G and Bella drop some knowledge nuggets and truth bombs, we share a few laughs at the expense of our own children and it was a pleasure chatting with them both. 

Sarah has spent time touring America and Europe in 'The Manhattan Dolls', has appeared in 50+ musicals and has an incredible ability to give people the space to learn how to use their voice. 

We discuss the suppression of creativity in kids, what it's like touring all over the world, why EVERYONE should do musical theatre and much more. 

Alex is the Group Manager at the Exchange, a business that among many other things creates a working environment for many businesses. She drives culture and brings an unmatched energy to every workplace encounter. 

Alex is an old school friend of mine and while the focus is predominately on workplace culture, we do talk personal journey and the pressures for students and young adults during high school and in their early twenties. 

Chan Ryan is the proud owner of Spear & Arrow, a therapeutic services business based in Central West NSW. In this episode we discuss how Chan has come to be a business owner, the difficulties kids face in modern education and much more. 

Chan runs her business with courage and kindness and is a great leader in her community. 

Steve is one of my old mentors and has been a mentor to many people. He willingly gives himself, his knowledge and his past experiences so others can find their own success. Steve has put his hand up to push the local Athletics club forward and creates positive landscapes for those around him. 

Steve believes in a strong work ethic and not making excuses and is the first in the trenches with his team to ensure things get done. He worked in a busy retail giant with a broken back all the way up until the weekend of his surgery.

Kate is a beautiful human, with her ears and heart available for anyone. She shares her experiences through stories and we discuss many topics including growing up in a circus, how life is like a train station, traumatic experience of sexual assault and how Kate is giving people the safe space to tell their story and move through the extremely challenging landscape of life. 

Through empathy and story telling, Kate passes on knowledge and experience to anyone she comes in contact with. I hope you enjoy this episode and that it gives you the strength to achieve great things.
