概要
In Episode 10, Jo is joined by Lucy Marvellous, author of "I'll Have What Lucy Is Having" and "Easy Fermenting for Beginners," for a fascinating conversation about gut health, fermented food and what happens when your body truly recalibrates through Time Related Eating. Lucy has been a time-related eater for even longer than Jo and shares how her body now tells her clearly when she has had enough, a point some people reach only through GLP-1 injections but which Lucy found naturally. They explore the growing science behind the gut microbiome and how it may be calling the shots on what we eat and how we feel. Lucy explains how simple it is to start making your own fermented food at home, and shares honest advice on managing hunger in the early days of changing your eating pattern, including her brilliant reminder that real hunger builds but waves of hunger simply go away. Visit Lucy at fresherbites.co.uk to find out about fermenting workshops in your own home.
