This week I am leaving you a Love Note. This love note is for self-care. Take care of self by doing the following:
Meditate on God's Word - Joshua 1:8
Watch what you eat and who you eat from - Daniel 1:8-9
Steal time for yourself, rest, and unplug - Luke 5:16
Give your burdens to God - Matthew 11:28-30
You are the ONLY YOU that you have. Take care of you. You are essential. You mean the world to everyone who needs to hear your story. Mostly, you mean the world to God Himself. Take some time to take care of you... medically, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and financially.
We love you and be sure to stand in your power, pursue your passion, define your purpose, and as always, keep it pretty in pink!
