David Hirsh is a British scholar of contemporary antisemitism. Based out of London, he has watched the entire field of antisemitism attacked and delegitimized throughout academia as some sort of Zionist plot. In response, his London Centre for the Study of Contemporary Antisemitism created CASA, the Contemporary Antisemitism Studies Association, as a way to publish scholars in the field and create a safe space for them to conduct their research.

David Hirsh is the Academic Director and CEO of the London Centre for the Study of Contemporary Antisemitism ( @LondonAntisemitism ), Associate Chief Editor at the Contemporary Antisemitism Studies Association Journal, and a Professor of Sociology at Goldsmiths, University of London. He wrote 'Law Against Genocide: Cosmopolitan Trials', 'Contemporary Left Antisemitism' and 'The Rebirth of Antisemitism in the 21st Century’.
