  • Mindset Moments: Don’t Believe Everything You Think
    2026/07/18

Have you ever noticed how quickly your mind can jump to the worst-case scenario?

In this Mindset Moment, I’m sharing a personal story that completely changed the way I think about my thoughts. I’ll talk about what I learned from a panic attack, why our minds sometimes create stories that aren’t true, and how both neuroscience and Scripture teach us that we don’t have to believe every thought that enters our minds.

We’ll explore what it means to “take every thought captive,” why we should let peace be the umpire in our lives, and how we can intentionally train our minds toward truth instead of fear.

Remember… you’re not your thoughts. You’re the one who decides which thoughts get your attention.

I hope this episode encourages you to lead your mind with truth, wisdom, and peace.

  • Who Is Your Aaron?

Have you ever felt like you were carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders?

In this episode, we dive into one of the most powerful leadership stories in the Bible—when Moses became weary during battle and Aaron and Hur stepped in to hold up his arms. We’ll explore what this teaches us about faith, personal development, resilience, self-care, and the courage to ask for help. Because sometimes the strongest thing you can do isn’t to keep pushing—it’s to let someone help you carry the weight.

If you’re walking through a difficult season, this episode is a reminder that you’re not meant to fight every battle alone.

  • Mindset Moments-No One Cares
    2026/07/10

Here’s something that’s incredibly freeing once you realize it:

No one cares as much as you think they do.

Dale Carnegie talked about this years ago. If you’re in a group picture, who’s the first person you look for?

    Yourself.

Everyone else does the exact same thing.

Most people aren’t spending their day judging what you’re wearing, what you’re posting, or whether you stumbled over your words in a meeting. They’re thinking about their own lives.

So stop holding yourself back because you’re worried about what other people might think.

    Apply for the job.

    Start the business.

    Wear the outfit.

    Post the video.

    Raise your hand.

Because the truth is, most people are too busy thinking about themselves to spend much time thinking about you.

Don’t let imagined opinions stop you from living the life you’re called to live.
