This week's piece of literature is the book "Exactly what to say" by Phil M. Jones. A shorter book more aimed at sales professionals, but it could be helpful for those of us looking to better our communication techniques!

The first book I've read as part of my challenge is Limitless by Jim Kwik. Listen in to hear what I took away from it.
