    There are days when the weight of what you’re feeling feels unshakable—as if it might stay with you forever. But emotions are not facts. And they’re not permanent.

    In this episode, I reflect on emotional impermanence—the idea that feelings, no matter how strong, naturally change over time. From quiet realizations in friendships to Viktor Frankl’s story of meaning in the aftermath of despair, we explore how understanding emotional impermanence can help us find stillness in the storm.
