Have made a slight change to the format and removed the intro blurb. I felt it was acutally a distraction and the spoken word should really speak for itself as the listener interprets the words and flow in thier own way. For me, this  piece is about the anxt and fear of not wanting to admit you might be struggling, because there are so many layers you may have to peel back if you do. So, you try to roll with it...but to what end?

We all have regrets. Some are genuine, some possibly imagined. However, in this eposode, I explore some deeply perosnal issues of mine through the spoken word format. From disability to narcissism, to gentrification and deprivation. This is me and this show is a Litanee. 

What is this thing called 'diversity', and what does it look and feel like on a day to day basis? From the community sector to the commercial sector, the term is thrown about at will, as if it has a 'will' of its own almost. When we say or hear the term 'fight or flight', what is this inferring? I've always been interested to understand its connotations in the personal context and life/social context. It's used in so many guises and context, but uppn closer inspection, the term carries some intruigng meanings. Using the medium of Spoken Word, I explore 'fight or flight' and hope you find some useful 'takeaways' form the piece.
