We had the pleasure of chatting with the gorgeous, Binky Felstead, all about allergies and her experience with her son, Wolfie, who has a severe sesame allergy.

After going through a frightening experience with Wolfie and having to re learn all about the dangers of allergies to ensure Wolfie is always protected, she is spreading awareness with her "Get Reaction Ready" campaign.

With the lead up to Christmas and all the festive parties and dinners around the corner, Binky is determined to spread the word and re-educate as many people as possible, and we were here to listen and help!

It is so important to be aware of the dangers of an allergy attack, especially a severe one and how to react quickly in case of an anaphylactic incident.

If you guys remember... back in January 2024, we released an episode where Sophie was about to give birth to Brody and Holly had put the brakes on thinking of a third...

WELL, in this interim episode, Holly talks about her decision to actually go for that third child; what prompted the final decision, the three years of contemplating and why... she opens up about her journey, answering everyone's questions post the announcement video, and discusses what happened at the beginning of the year when she went through a miscarriage, something Sophie can sadly very much relate to.

Sophie introduced Holly to the most amazing gynaecologist who she had seen after her fertility struggles (let us know if you want his info!), and was there when Adam couldn't attend certain appointments. This episode delves deep into pregnancy anxiety post loss, what Holly did to get her through those moments and the methods she used, how she feels so incredibly grateful and blessed, whilst battling with feelings of guilt... and has only just come to terms with what is actually going on! And NOW the excitement is building and she can't wait to share this journey with you all!

This week, we talk to the gorgeous Mollie King all about motherhood, transitioning from 1 to 2 kids and her thoughts on the major Mummy Pig announcement!

Currently on maternity leave after having her second daughter, Liliana, Mollie is learning to navigate life with her two young girls. We discuss how motherhood has changed us, how we wish to raise our girls and how our older ones took to welcoming their siblings after the news of Mummy Pig and her pregnancy announcement! We talk about our experiences of introducing a new baby and all the funny and sometimes uncomfortable questions that our children ask us when it comes to making babies, growing babies and delivering babies!
