Each week a new chapter, or life lesson, is read by the host, Kim Farnes from her unpublished, retro-historical memoir, Life Lessons of an Ordinary Woman.

This week's episode is the final chapter of the memoir. The lesson, Face it or 'F' it, is a story about how an 8-year-old girl learned to make decisions using the flip of a coin; when making decisions on her own seemed too hard.
