Jesus took the cross.

On Good Friday, we remember the moment when the guilty were set free and the innocent Savior took their place. A guilty man was released, and an innocent Savior was condemned. Barabbas is a picture of all of us—the ones who have sinned, the ones who deserved the punishment. Yet Jesus, the spotless Lamb, stepped forward and took our place.

We confront a question that reaches every one of us:
What does it mean that Jesus took the cross meant for me?

This message isn’t just about remembering what happened that day. It’s about understanding the weight of the sacrifice Jesus made for each of us, and allowing that sacrifice to change the way we live every single day.

He is risen! Now what?

The resurrection changes everything! It must change the way we live!

Easter is the greatest victory in history. Jesus defeated sin and death and walked out of the grave. But the resurrection was never meant to be just a moment we celebrate once a year; it’s meant to shape the way we live every day, Monday through Saturday.

In He Is Risen! Now What?, we confront a question every believer must wrestle with:
What does the resurrection mean for the way I live my life now?

The King We Didn't Expect

Who is the King you’re following?
And what is your heart truly desiring from Him?

On Palm Sunday, the crowds welcomed Jesus with shouts of “Hosanna!”—celebrating Him as King. But only one week later, those same voices were shouting “Crucify Him.” Why? Because Jesus revealed the true desires of their hearts. He wasn’t the King they expected—He was the King they needed.

In The King We Didn’t Expect, we confront a question that still challenges us today:
Is the greatest desire of our hearts truly to love God, love people, and live in a way that eternities are affected?

This message isn’t about following a version of Jesus that keeps us comfortable. It’s about following
the true Jesus; the One who challenges us, calls us to repentance, calls us to love deeply, and leads us beyond ourselves.

Palm Sunday reminds us that Jesus is the King who came not to meet expectations—but to save us. The King who lived and died for our sins. The King who took the place on the cross that we deserved. And the King who calls us to follow Him with hearts fully surrendered; so that one day we may hear, “Well done, good and faithful servant.” ✝️🌿
