このコンテンツについて
In this episode I share something I wrote about the hidden link between perfectionism, nervous system overload, and chronic fatigue.
Perfectionism often doesn’t look extreme. It feels normal and even necessary. But beneath it lies a deep attachment to worth, safety and belonging that it supposedly brings
Even when success comes, it rarely feels enough — and the body eventually pays the price.
Drawing from my personal journey and clinical experience, I unpack how perfectionism keeps the nervous system stuck in overdrive, why so many capable, high-functioning women feel like imposters, and how chronic fatigue can become the body’s invitation to slow down and recalibrate.
This episode reframes burnout and exhaustion not as failure, but as a call to soften impossible standards, reconnect with your true self, and learn what “enough” really feels like.
If your body feels like it has hit the brakes and rest feels unfamiliar or unsafe, this conversation is for you.
