This is our final episode🥺I am sooo thankful, but I won't ramble any longer. In this episode, I welcome a clean and fresh start to this month of love. I try to make every day a day of love but February is just a bit more special. We are almost doneeeee!!! In this episode, I am just chatting!!! We have each been shaped in many ways, and this season we discussed those possibilities. I wanted to dial in on the categorization social media has been perpetuating, and how harmful it can be to us who are finding our way. I am learning to stand out on my own and live life in my own style and way, with less focus on what's trendy. 

So often we run to relationships to heal our wounds of rejection, abandonment, and loneliness. These feelings lead us to horrible relationships and create bonds with folks who only hurt us more. Listen and let me know what you think!

Maliek and I discussed the Media and the Self; a topic that has been discussed for decades now, but today we discussed the wide-ranging effects of the media on our self-perception and the way we seek to portray ourselves on social media. 

There seems to be this going trend of paper-chasing and establishing a certain socioeconomic status. After some reflection, I began to understand why this may be the case...let's talk about it!
