Honest, practical, and hope-filled — this conversation will help you understand both the beauty and the responsibility of adopting an older child. Linda Rotz brings deep expertise and heart to her work supporting both birth mothers and adoptive families through every step of the adoption journey. Linda worked for many years as a social worker in the child welfare system, and has served as the Director of Adoptive Services for Lifetime Adoption, a Florida Child Placing Agency, since 2013. She holds degrees in Human Development and Mass Communications, pursued graduate studies focused on Social Work and Marketing, and is a certified Adoption Specialist and Child Welfare Trainer in Florida.
