Have you ever lowered your standards for money, for love, for appreciation?

I surely have in my lifetime and in this episode, I want to share a situation where I did just that. Even though I knew deep down from the beginning that it wasn’t for me, I still went along with it. And every day I spent there inflicted more pain on my body. The solution offered by others? You’ll get used to it!

If someone ever tells you that while you're experiencing growing and constant physical and/or mental pain, run! That thing you're supposed to “get used to” isn’t for you. If you feel awful every single day just from being in it, then it’s not right for you. There is something better and far more aligned waiting out there, you just have to decide to stop lowering your standards for others.
