Genesis Chapter 12, Verse 3
I will bless those who bless you And curse the one who curses you; And all the families of the earth Shall bless themselves by you.”
Today, we explore the Parasha Lech Lecha as God invites Abraham to leave the comforts of home and start a new nation. But in one moment, God promises to bless the Jewish people while cursing other nations of the world. In this episode, I address this challenging verse in an attempt to understand how this ancient text fits into our modern world view.
In short...I hope we can become a people who are more accepting of others.
