Gemma Nunn, Head of Learning Design at Mint took some time during the expo at Learning Technologies to discuss her passion for accessibility.
We discussed the incoming EU legislation that will establish some minimum standards for workplace learning accessibility, as well as the need to progress from an AI-dominated narrative to one in which all our requirements are discussed in tandem. Finally, Gemma touches on the need for L&D to embrace inclusive design practices.
