So this week I share what happened to me during a MAP (Make Anything Happen) session. I thought I was going to be processing my limiting beliefs around money and finding safety in credit cards. What came up during the session was the trauma my grandmother experienced well before my mother was even born.

If you think about it, half of your genetic makeup is created while your maternal grandmother is pregnant with your mother. Because your mother's egg are form while she is in utero. So whatever your grandmother experienced gets imprinted into your DNA.
