What does it mean to be a space holder or a leader in a class or in the Yoga space, versus simply being the teacher or instructor?
We talk about some of the various components of being 'the person in charge' and how actually being the teacher and guiding the group experience requires a great deal more than just knowing the sequence and the name of the poses.
We talk intentionality, what it means to be a leader, how we might manage different personalities in the room, taking up space as a teacher (or not!) and a whole heck of a lot more.
