Kali ini saya ingin berbagi dengan sahabat semua tentang cara meminta untuk naik gaji. Topik yang sangat menarik, tetapi banyak dari sahabat Comfort Zones yang masih ragu untuk memintanya.

Kebanyakan Perusahaan memiliki review tahunan untuk para pegawainya. Biasanya yang disebut dengan Key Performance Index, atau Kunci Indeks Performa.

Disinilah sahabat harus mendengarkan secara seksama apa saja yang diamati oleh bos sahabat selama setahun. Saran saya adalah untuk mendengarkan dengan baik tanpa memotong apapun yang merekan katakan.

Kemudian, setelah mereka selesai dan memberikan kesempatan untuk sahabat berbicara atau bertanya, sahabat harus berkata, “Ya, saya ingin berbicara suatu hal.” Karena disinilah kesempatan sahabat untuk setuju atau tidak setuju, secara sopan, tentunya.

Sahabat juga memiliki kesempatan untuk memberikan peremintaan gaji yang lebih tinggi.

Akan tetapi. untuk memaksimalkan kesempatan mendapatkan gaji yang lebih tinggi dari yang sahabat inginkan, mari kita review diri kita masing-masing terlebih dahulu.
