Melody, the darling of Jackson's small lakeside town, isn't all they seem. Frequent customer to the small grocery that he works at, he never thought to question just /why/ they always buy four canisters of salt twice weekly. But after he encounters them on the beach one supposedly moonless night, he finds that it's all he can think about.
