The Goal of performing Environmental Site Assessments is to generate a Final Report to be submitted to the necessary Regulatory bodies to obtain a Closure Report that indicated No Further Remediation is required.

In order to obtain this, a final Report must be prepared and submitted to the necessary Regulatory Bodies. This Final Report is a complete summary of everything regarding all Phase of Environmental Site Assessments that were performed that give the Regulatory Bodies all the information they need to issue this recommendation. Total Disclosure of all activities is the best practice to be successful upon this submission.
